"My son and I went in for to first time the other day and we were surprised of how nice and courteous everyone was. They did a great job on both of our hair cuts and I’ll definitely be back!"

"Ok haircut, but not great. The girls there are friendly, but I'm pretty sure they have scripted questions they're supposed to ask during the haircut to try to strike up a conversation. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, just a bit less natural than I think they think it is. Best part is the hot towel, shampoo, and scalp massage. It's especially nice if you have a hangover."

"Worst customer service! My son and I checked in and the computer said a 52 min wait. So we walked to Best Buy and came back about 30 min later. The guy ahead of us went to check out after a few min and I figured we'd be next but they called someone else and then I realized our names were no longer on the list. So I explained to the girl at the register what happened and she told me to sign back in and they'd get to me so I wouldn't have another 50 min wait. But I overheard this other girl tell her since I wasn't there when my name was called I'd would just have to wait the full time again so after 3 more people were called ahead of me my son and I left and won't be back I'll spend my money somewhere else from now on. Why do they ask for your cell number if they're not gonna send you a text or something letting you know it's your turn. The SportsClips I went to in N.Y. did that, but I do realize this is Tuscaloosa it still could've been handled better."

"I went in for a quick trim, and asked the lady to take it just a little bit off the neck and ears. She immediately picked up the trimmer and proceeded to cut off about 4 or 5 inches of my hair. I now look fresh out of the military with a haircut that does not look good on me. I will not be going back."

"6 chairs, 3 Hair Stylist. 8 people waiting for 45min or more. UNACCEPTABLE! And then one of the 3 left at 7pm. 2 left and they cut like Grandmother."
